William L. Osburn, PE, CHMM, REM

William Osburn has nearly 30 years experience as a Chemical/Environmental Engineer for both the private and Government sectors. He is a licensed Professional Engineer (Environmental), a Certified Hazardous Materials Manager (CHMM), and a Registered Environmental Manager (REM). William Osburn's background is primarily in the chemical and nuclear industries and offers High-Tech solutions to your problems. Bill's experience includes but is not limited to:

Currently, Bill is the Project Manager for the Southern Research Institute (SRI) Laboratory Demolition project. The SRI laboratory once dealt with chemical warfare agents including nerve (GB, VX, GA, GD, etc.) and blister agents (H, HD, L). He supervised the Edgewood Chemical Biological Center (ECBC) personnel during removal of the hoods, ductwork, and ventilation systems. Project included demolition of piping, HVAC, electrical, and building systems. Bill performed waste management, manifesting, labels, and scheduling shipments of hazardous wastes. He also performed subcontractor selection, oversight, and project management including budget reviews for crane operators, roofers, and asbestos abatement crews.
