She has always been active in supporting and ensuring the safety of people whether it is industry related or public. She has a Bachelors of Science, and a Liberal Arts degree from Berea College, and remains active in supporting continued education for employees as well as students in the East Tennessee area. As owner of Shield, Debi is responsible for over seeing daily operations, ensuring administrative functions are being carried out, and representing Shield in business development. Debi developed Shield's mission to provide quality products and services to the client, ensures that the client has value added support with a team of senior professionals no matter what the size of the job or order, and approves all policy and procedural changes. Debi is also a registered nurse and mother of two girls, who are both active in community functions and activities. She also supports community development and work for others in the local community.
