Bob Gilliam has over 25 years of experience with all evolutions of large and small projects, solving complex issues for DOE, Nuclear Power and construction as a Nuclear/Environmental Engineer (M.S.), Industrial Safety Officer (OSHA), Health Physicist (RSO, CHP1, NRRPT) and Nuclear Plant Supervisor during construction, start-up and operations.  His background includes:

  • Quality Assurance (QA), PAAA RFETS, Corrective Actions (CATS)

  • Audits: BJC, BNFL, RFETS, Y-12, ORNL, TRU facility, K-25/27,
